Those wishing to place items into the 2073 Time Capsule are asked by the Bicentennial Committee to do so by October 8. Although, the committee would prefer to have as many entries turned in by September 30.
The capsule will be buried below the courthouse lawn on Saturday, October 28, following the Central Methodist University Homecoming parade.
The cost to include items is $10 each. Special envelopes are available every Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon at the Uriel Wright (FAHA) building on the west side of the Fayette downtown square.
