The Fayette school district is welcoming new teachers to this year as well as a few familiar faces. New to the district are Regan Russell (1st grade), Michelle Stout (4th grade), Martha Myer (FHS health aid), Jennifer Rubin (5-12 grade band), and Erin Small (9-10 grade English Language Arts). Returning to the district are Kevin Pekkarinen (FHS math) and Erika Atterbury (FHS art). Pekkarinen taught here from 2014-19 and Atterbury was previously in the district from 2015-17.
The district began its fall semester on Tuesday, August 25.
