Armstrong resident, Roger Lipe passed away at Moberly Regional Hospital September 11, 2020. He was 51 years old.
Roger Eugene Lipe was born October 20, 1968 in Houston, TX to Wayne and Helen (McClaine) Lipe. Roger grew up in Texas. He then moved to Missouri, to Colorado, then back to Missouri. While in Colorado, Roger worked as an Automotive Technician for John Elway Auto Nation. Roger was a die-hard Denver Broncos fan. He loved camping, fishing and hiking in the mountains.
Survivors include seven children, Jessica Cesario, Steven Lipe and Lacey Williamson, all of Colorado, Harley, Anthony, Heather and Hannah Lipe, all of Missouri; his former wife, Mary Foushee of Missouri; two brothers, Sonny Lipe and Mike Lipe; sister, Beth Miller; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Marvin Lipe.
The family will honor Roger with a private memorial service at a later date. Final arrangements are under the direction of Friemonth-Freese Funeral Service Fayette, MO.
